At Aromatique, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver only high-quality products. However, in the event of an issue, we have outlined the following policies for returns, cancellations, and refunds.


Returns

  • Returns window & eligibility  Products are non-returnable except when they arrive damaged or defective. You must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery and send the item back so that we receive it within 15 days of delivery.
  • Returns will be accepted only for items damaged in transit or received in a defective condition.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the error is on our part.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to a shipping error from our side, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Items returned without proper packaging and damaged during transit may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item:
  2. Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp (+91 9347867620) or email (ask.aromatique@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage..
  3. If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.
  4. Please include your Order ID, full name, and email address with the returned package.
  5. Pack the item securely to avoid further damage.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind or used products.

Damage Replacement

  • If a returned product is approved as damaged, a replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days.

Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping across India.
  • Delivery times range from 4 to 8 working days, depending on your location.
  • Orders can be tracked using the tracking ID provided via email or SMS.
