At Aromatique, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver only high-quality products. However, in the event of an issue, we have outlined the following policies for returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Returns
- Returns window & eligibility Products are non-returnable except when they arrive damaged or defective. You must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery and send the item back so that we receive it within 15 days of delivery.
- Returns will be accepted only for items damaged in transit or received in a defective condition.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the error is on our part.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to a shipping error from our side, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Items returned without proper packaging and damaged during transit may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Return Process
- To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item:
- Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp (+91 9347867620) or email (ask.aromatique@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage..
- If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.
- Please include your Order ID, full name, and email address with the returned package.
- Pack the item securely to avoid further damage.

Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
- To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email.
- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind or used products.
Damage Replacement
- If a returned product is approved as damaged, a replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days.
Shipping Policy
- We offer free shipping across India.
- Delivery times range from 4 to 8 working days, depending on your location.
- Orders can be tracked using the tracking ID provided via email or SMS.
