Aromatique Returns and Cancellation Policy

At Aromatique, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we do have a few guidelines regarding returns and cancellations.

Returns

  • Products purchased from "www.Aromatique.shop" are generally non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defect.
  • We will accept returns or provide replacements only for products that are received damaged or defective.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us.
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable. In the event of a shipping error on our part, we will cover the cost of returning the item.
  • Damaged products received due to improper packaging during return shipping may be destroyed upon arrival, and no refund will be issued.

Return Process

  • If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 5-7 working days.
  • When returning an item, please include your Order ID, full name, and email address on the return package.
  • Pack the item carefully to avoid any transit damage.

Order Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

  • We will do our best to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Payment and Shipping

  • Aromatique accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery (within India).
  • We provide free shipping on all orders within India.
  • Delivery times vary by location, but typically take 4-8 days within India.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

Account Management

  • To create an Aromatique account, click "Login" and select "Create new Account."
  • If you forget your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page, and we'll send you instructions to reset it.

Refund : If approved then Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Damage : Once damage product is return and approved then the product will be delivered in 5-7 working days.
